Hermes currently delivers multiple types of reports and alerts, with more features expected to be added over time. When a new report type becomes available, it will be detailed in the section below.
While most Hermes alerts are “Hermes Selections”, additional analytical reports provide deep market insights.
Current Hermes Alerts & Reports
π Hermes Selections
Hermes processes sharp action measurements, algorithms, statistical analysis, group activity, known bettor metrics, line movement, past performance, trends, and public actionβscoring potential wagers from 0 to 100.
Performance Breakdown:
- Scores below 29 β Profitable grind, ROR (Return on Risk) of 1.5-3%
- Scores 30+ β Materially stronger performance, ROR above 5% (exceptional level in sports wagering)
πΉ Note: Hermes scores can fluctuate throughout the day as odds move and action shifts.
πΉ A declining score is NOT a fadeβall selections remain profitable, but stable/increasing scores tend to perform best.
π Known Bettor Alerts
Hermes monitors high-ranking bettors (Top 100 at an offshore sportsbook) in each sport. When these bettors place limit or above-average wagers, Hermes can immediately flag and alert TSP Live subscribers.
π‘ How It Works:
- A bettor ranked #6 in NFL places a limit wager.
- Within 20 seconds, Hermes triggers an alert, allowing followers to track and potentially copy the action of key bettors or groups.
- These reports are especially useful when a Hermes Selection score is below 30 or lacks enough data for proper scoring.
π Consensus Report
π Tracking 500+ sports services & handicappers (both free & paid), Hermes analyzes where the majority of these bettors are placing action.
Why does this matter?
- Most services & handicappers lose long-term
- A sportsbook I work with scrapes selections from these services to anticipate public moves & adjust lines accordingly
- Example: If dozens of services bet Tampa -8, the book raises the line to Tampa -8.5 before public bettors place their wagers
π How Hermes Scores Consensus Reports:
- Scale of 1 to 10 β 10 means overwhelming service consensus on one side
- Score of 8+ β Typically a strong fade (historically profitable)
- Alerts include sharp money details β If services & public bettors are heavily on one side while sharps are on the other, it creates a Proβs vs. Joeβs setup, which has been profitable long-term
π Public Alerts
β Stay away from heavily public-backed bets!
Hermes detects:
β One-sided public action
β Potential fade opportunities (e.g., public dogs, public UNDERs, Proβs vs. Joeβs matchups)
β Key setups where books have an advantage
π Market Breakdown Reports
These are deep-dive reports covering:
β Public betting breakdowns
β Sharp money breakdowns
β Optimal book position
β Analytical analysis of a specific market
πΉ Originally popularized during the 2022 World Cup, these reports provide the most comprehensive market insights in one alert.
