📊 Net Profit Calculator

Use the calculator below to estimate your monthly net profit after TSP Live subscription fees. Just enter:

  • Your expected units won per month on average – obviously one month might be -10 units/%, the other +20 units/%, so this would be a profit of +10 units/2 months which would be +5 unit average per month.
  • Your average wager amount per unit
  • The monthly cost of your TSP Live (or other) subscription(s) and selections

The tool will then calculate your expected profit AFTER FEES, giving you a clear picture of the value you’re getting from the service.

💡 This is a simple way to evaluate your return and ensure you’re betting efficiently based on your performance expectations.

🧩 A Low-Drama Live Hedge for Cold Streaks

One TSP veteran put it perfectly:

“I let our side grab the lead, then I live-bet the other team. I usually lock a risk-free spot so I don’t care who wins—I win.”

How it works (simple version)

  1. Pre-game: Take our edge side at a modest price.
  2. In-game: When our team takes the lead and the other side balloons to a juicy plus-price, live-bet the opponent for a smaller stake.
  3. Result: You’ve boxed the game so either result nets a profit—small, but steady.

Example

  • Pre-game: Cincinnati −122, risk 1.22u to win 1.00u.
  • After Cincy takes the lead: Philadelphia +210, stake 0.70u.
    • If Cincinnati wins+1.00 − 0.70 = +0.30u
    • If Philadelphia wins(0.70 × 2.10) − 1.22 = +0.25u
Not a home run, but in a cold streak, grinding small, risk-free profits is GREAT.

FYI: If you want perfectly equal profit on both sides, size the live bet as
stake = (win_amount + risk_amount) / (live_profit_odds + 1).
(With +210: (1.00+1.22)/(2.10+1)≈0.716u(1.00 + 1.22)/(2.10 + 1) ≈ 0.716u(1.00+1.22)/(2.10+1)≈0.716u, yielding ~+0.284u either way.)

Why this helps now

Across this cold stretch, there have been multiple setups like this (e.g., Cincinnati and Washington just yesterday). Converting potential losses into small, banked wins shortens the chill and preserves the rollovers’ punch when the market turns.

Practical notes

  • Don’t force it. You need a real plus-price (often +200 or better) after we lead.
  • Expect friction. Live-bet delays, limits, and quick line moves are normal—be patient.
  • Shelf it when we heat up. Once momentum flips, go back to standard sizing and let compounding cook.

Bottom line: This is a calm, mechanical way t

Good luck!
